Your Sculptra® journey begins with a doctor-led consultation at our CQC-registered Cockfosters clinic or Marylebone consulting rooms. Your doctor will assess facial volume loss, skin quality and areas of laxity before creating a personalised treatment plan based on your facial anatomy and desired outcome. They will also explain how Sculptra® gradually stimulates your body’s natural collagen production rather than creating an immediate filler-style result.

Treatment

During the procedure, Sculptra® is carefully injected into selected areas beneath the skin. Its poly-L-lactic acid formulation works gradually to stimulate new collagen production, helping to reinforce the skin’s underlying structure, restore lost facial volume and improve firmness over time. Treatment usually takes approximately 30–45 minutes, although this depends on the areas being treated and the number of vials recommended. Aftercare

Surgicare aesthetics did a great job on the dermal fillers that I had done a couple of weeks ago. It was my first treatment of this kind and I’m delighted with the results. I look exactly the same, but better! It’s what I’d hoped for, an improvement, without it being at all noticeable unless told. The first thing my Mother said (who didn’t know) was “your skin looks so good” and my friends all said it was a great result and now considering it themselves.
