Consultation

Your Profhilo® journey begins with a doctor-led consultation at our CQC-registered Cockfosters clinic or Marylebone consulting rooms. Your doctor will assess your skin quality, areas of laxity, and hydration levels before creating a personalised plan to improve firmness and elasticity. We’ll explain how Profhilo®’s unique hyaluronic acid formulation remodels the skin to deliver a natural, radiant lift without changing your facial structure.

Treatment

During the procedure, your doctor will carefully inject Profhilo® into key points across the face, neck, or décolletage using the Bio-Aesthetic Point (BAP) technique. This innovative treatment diffuses beneath the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production while deeply hydrating from within. The procedure takes around 20–30 minutes and involves minimal discomfort. A second session is typically recommended four weeks later for optimal results.

Aftercare

You may notice mild redness or swelling at the injection sites, which usually subsides within 24 hours. Avoid strenuous activity, saunas, and heat exposure for the first 48 hours after treatment. Results develop gradually over 2–4 weeks, leaving skin firmer, smoother, and more luminous for up to six months.
